Use this path when you want Codex, Claude Code, or another supported agent to ask setup questions and create the project with the right users, upstream MCP servers, credentials, and policy defaults.

Use this path when you want a generated Fentaris project with fentaris.json, package scripts, a starter TypeScript entrypoint, and CLI checks.
